General shipping information

We ship our watches worldwide. Orders from within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will arrive the following working day. Orders to the rest of Europe are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For, this service requires a signature on delivery, is fully insured and should arrive within five working days. Orders outside the EU are shipped either Royally Mail International Signed For, or via Fed ex (you can choose which you prefer at the checkout), International Signed For will take 5-7 working days and Fed ex will arrive the following working day.

We aim to ship all orders on the day they are received (provided the order is received by 4pm GMT). Otherwise we will do our very best to ship the order within 24 hours. Honestly we're extremely dedicated and to date, touch wood, we've never had a watch go missing in transit, nor had to send out a replacement. All our watches are sent out in protective cardboard boxes that we had especially made up - they exactly fit around the watch packaging and are tough enough to withstand the rigours of the postal system.

Payment information

We process all sales on this website through Google Checkout - this is Google's online payment service, it's secure, fast and efficient. You don't need an account with Google to make a payment and all major credit or debit cards are accepted. If Google Checkout is not available in your country then please send us an email to discuss alternative payment options.

Terms & conditions for buying from Mr Jones Watches

You may return your Mr Jones Watch within 30 days of receiving it and, provided it is in the original unworn condition and in its original packaging then we will provide you with a full refund for the watch (although the buyer is liable for all postal and packaging charges). We will ensure that you receive your refund within 30 days of notifying us of your intention to return the watch. Before returning your watch please send an email to service@mrjoneswatches.com to obtain a returns number. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Limited 12 month warranty

Each watch is covered by a warranty which protects the original owner for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers parts and labour for the watch excluding strap and bracelet from any failure as a result of original manufacturing defect. During this period at our discretion the defective watch will be repaired or replaced.
Defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper service are not covered by this warranty.

Limitation of incidental or consequential damage

Mr Jones Watches is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage of any kind. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective watch at our discretion.
